Armand E. Rossi, CPA

Armand E. Rossi, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), is the managing principal of Konowitz, Kahn & Company, P.C., and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), as well as the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants (CSCPA).  With over 30 years experience, he has provided accounting, tax and consulting services to many diverse businesses including manufacturing, wholesale and distribution as well as high net worth individuals.

Mr. Rossi’s area of concentration over the years has been in the areas of mergers and acquisition succession planning. He currently heads the firm’s family office practice group.

Upon graduation from the University of New Haven in Connecticut, Mr. Rossi began his public accounting career in 1975 as an auditor at a national accounting firm. His past experience also includes a position as assistant to the director of budgets and financial planning of an international corporation, where he was responsible for the company’s consolidation, budgeting and cash-flow management.

Throughout his distinguished career, Mr. Rossi has remained active in many professional and not-for-profit associations, having served as an officer and a board member for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Shoreline Arts Alliance, and the Jewish Foundation's Tax and Legal Committee. He is past president of the Affiliated Conference of Practicing Accountants (ACPA) International, a worldwide association of independent accounting firms.
