Debra M. Morrow, Firm Administrator

Debra is our firm administrator.   She is responsible for account billing and receivables, payroll, benefits administration, purchasing, and customer service. Also serving as Director of Family Office Services Administration, Debra serves clients' needs in the areas of administrative support, concierge services, domestic employee payroll, and ancillary services as required.  She also provides direct administrative support for the complex needs of philanthropic foundations.

Possessing a vast knowledge of administration and accounting and extensive experience in the medical field, Debra spent many years as an administrator and as a surgical technician. She attended Yale New Haven Hospital for the Certified Surgical Technician program, was an instructor for new technicians, and participated as a team member for a television medical film and a teaching film for Yale students.

Actively involved with the Connecticut Gymkhana Association, a challenging equestrian sport of skill and precision, Debra also served as treasurer for a therapeutic riding program. A Certified Surgical Technician, Debra was a member of the Association of Certified Surgical Technicians.  She is an alumna of Quinnipiac University and Naugatuck Valley Community Technical College.
