David L. Reynolds, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), has been a principal of Konowitz, Kahn & Company, P.C., since 1989. Prior to joining the firm in 1984, he served as auditor/investigator for a commodity futures exchange, as well as held various accounting positions.

Today at Konowitz, Kahn & Company, Mr. Reynolds is the firm's personnel principal, which includes responsibility for staff recruitment, staff development and mentoring. His diverse client base represents industries including manufacturing, waste hauling, professional services, real estate operations, construction, and the not-for-profit sector. In addition, Mr. Reynolds currently calls on his CFE credentials as director of Konowitz, Kahn & Company's fraud and forensic services practice.

A graduate of Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut, Mr. Reynolds is also an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants (CSCPA), and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), in both the national association, as well as the Connecticut chapter. In addition, Mr. Reynolds remains committed to various philanthropic initiatives, and currently presides as president of the Middlesex United Way, member and director of the Clinton's Lion Club, and serves on the advisory board of Schooner, Inc.
