Kathleen F. Buzbee, CPA, CVA, MST		Kathleen F. Buzbee, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), is a tax principal of Konowitz, Kahn & Company, P.C. Ms. Buzbee is responsible for directing the firm's tax department and business valuation practice. Currently, her business clients represent diverse industries, including construction, real estate and professional services, while she also provides a full range of planning and reporting services, including fiduciary income tax returns for trusts and estates, and estate, gift and charitable planning assistance. Ms. Buzbee joined the firm in 1987 and was promoted to principal in 1997. Ms. Buzbee earned her Master of Science degree in taxation (MST) from the University of New Haven, and her undergraduate degree in accounting from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut. She is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants (CSCPA), the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, and the Connecticut Estate and Tax Planning Council.
